​Carolina Pagan Rovira

Coach Caro has been playing volleyball since she was 10 years old, participating in both school and club play in Puerto Rico from the 4th grade to her senior year. After taking a break to pursue a degree in engineering, and moving to Washington after graduation, she shook off the rust and began playing again in local adult recreational leagues and tournaments. Now, she is dedicating more of her time to coaching. She has been coaching club volleyball for Northwest Juniors since 2021, with a bonus year of coaching the Kamiak HS JV team, and now returns to coaching high school at Jackson HS in the Fall. Outside of work and volleyball, Carolina spends much of her free time watching or attending sporting events, baking, and going to concerts.
